I really like your website. When I was "toying with the idea" of a trip to Tuscany, your website was the only one I found that provided me with tons of pictures of the accommodations available and the prices in Canadian Dollars. Your website also provided me with tons of valuable information that I found useful. Because of your website, the "idea of a trip" to Tuscany turned to ACTUALLY planning a trip to Tuscany, with your website as my main tool. I also like that fact that you had a representative from Canada that I could contact, if I needed to. Susan Steele was very helpful and I appreciated that my questions were answered in a timely manner.What did you like about our service?
It was very helpful to have Susan Steele in West Vancouver as she provided us great service, assisting in finding the correct place to stay in the area we were looking for. In my opinion she went above and beyond to make our holiday the best! Also was helpful to have the email from you before leaving with the owners contact number as we ending having a flight delay and were late arriving.

The service we received was fantastic. Susan was absolutely fabulous to deal with. She answered all of my questions promptly and with lots of detail. She took the time to give us tips about what to do while on our trip and for renting a car, etc. Your service is like a "one-stop shop"

Items we asked for were there (i.e. starter kit); someone greeted us upon our arrival at our accommodation; you kept us very well informed via emails; you had plenty of ideas and suggestions for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. We thought your service was excellent and made our holiday just that much more enjoyable.

I like To Tuscany, partly because it has a tremendous range of villas, and partly because (unlike many companies) it has an excellent website that provides what you really want when choosing a villa.

Our accommodation, which cost less than £800 for the week, is in a converted stone farmhouse next to a 12th Century Franciscan chapel. There is a pergola shaded by vines round the back here we quickly settle into a rhythm of eating long pasta suppers while the shadows lengthen.
